ASU partners with CW4WAfghan in offering English language courses

The program aims to provide educational opportunities for Afghan girls and women amidst the challenging conditions under Taliban rule. By offering online English language courses tailored for self-paced learning and requiring low bandwidth, this collaboration reaches nearly 2,000 students across Afghanistan, enabling them to study via laptops, tablets, and phones in various settings. These educational efforts are facilitated by CW4WAfghan staff and volunteers, aiming to overcome the barriers to education that women and girls face in the country. This initiative is part of a broader commitment by ASU to inclusivity and global engagement, supporting Afghan women’s education both locally and those who have been relocated. CW4WAfghan, with its long history of educational projects in Afghanistan, continues to fight for the rights and opportunities of Afghan women and girls, emphasizing the critical importance of education in improving their futures.
